Fix faults in time, in the region that service office is available, our service people will arrive at the site within 4 hours in woking day after receipt of fault notification; the service office is not available, service people will arrive at the site within 12 hours in working day. To foreign customer fault notification, we'll present solution within 8 hours in woking day.
